If you need to return an item for a refund
With the exception of non-returnable items, all unopened products purchased at freedom may be returned within 10 calendar days of your receipt provided you have an authorized Return Authorization from our Customer Happiness Team. Unless otherwise specified, customer is responsible for shipping costs.
You will need a Return Authorization (RA) number from freedom. Shipping the item back without an RA number from freedom may delay your refund. To obtain an RA number, please call or email freedom using the contact information above. Please have your Invoice # and Reason for your Return in your call or email.
Ship To Information
We will give you the ship-to address for your return. If you return the item without receiving the shipping information from freedom, it may delay your refund.
Boxing the Item
The item you are returning must be shipped back in its original box. Please do not write the RA number on the box. Doing so may disqualify you from receiving a credit. The RA number can only be written on the shipping label.
Shipping the Item
We highly recommend that you ship the item back using FedEx. The ability to track your package in transit is vital for you to ensure that it does not become lost and that it reaches its destination. Unfortunately, if the item never reaches the freedom, we cannot issue you a credit.
Processing the Refund
In general, it takes approximately 10 business days for the warehouse to receive the item to see a refund on your credit card statement. Generally, it is freedom’s policy to issue the refund to the same credit card originally used when placing the order.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Under extenuating circumstances, freedom reserves the right to:
- issue a refund in the form of a store credit
- charge a restocking fee of up to 20% based on the original purchase cost
All returns are subject to inspection and acceptance of freedom upon receipt of returned item(s).
